Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based medicine in a collegial environment
- Join our growing Family Medicine department consisting of 41 physicians and 25 advanced practice clinicians
- Work flexible schedules - four or five-day work week
- Practice 100% outpatient with shared call among the entire department
- Receive paid malpractice and tail coverage
- Compensation is a production model with a 2-year guarantee between $293,211 and $317,467 with upside earning potential
- Eligible for up to $150,000 starting & retention bonus
- Partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a BC/BE Family Medicine license and be committed to delivering evidence-based medicine in a collegial environment.
