About the role

The South Bend Clinic is seeking a passionate, family-oriented Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join their highly reputable physician-led and owned multi-specialty group.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care within the scope of Family Medicine
• Collaborate with a team of Family Medicine physicians and APPs
• Utilize in-office procedural capabilities and full lab, imaging, and diagnostic services
• Participate in teaching opportunities with two Family Medicine residencies and IU School of Medicine
• Contribute to a quality-driven 170+ provider group governed by elected Clinical Governance Board

Requirements

• Current Medical License in Indiana
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine
• Experience in Family Medicine preferred, but not required for new graduates
