Family Medicine Physician

About the role

You’ll be part of an established primary care team including embedded APPs who will support your panel and some In Basket management, a robust behavioral health team (of psychologists, neuropsychologists, and social workers), clinical pharmacists and case management support. Join a dedicated and compassionate team of providers on the campus of Providence Newberg Medical Center, nestled along the rolling hills and world-class vineyards of the Willamette River Valley.

Responsibilities

• Full-time (up to 1.0 FTE)
• 4-days per week schedule, Monday to Friday

• Ideal candidates will honor the Providence mission of caring for the poor & the vulnerable
• As seen in providing care to patients from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds, including nearby rural underserved communities

Qualifications

• Board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine with Obstetrics
