As a Family Medicine Physician, you will deliver compassionate care to a diverse patient population, including many from underserved communities, and work collaboratively within an integrated care model.

Responsibilities
- Make a meaningful difference by serving a diverse patient population, including many from underserved communities.
- Collaborate in an integrated care model with an interdisciplinary team, including Behavioral Health, Nursing, Social Work, Pharmacy, and Dental providers.
- Shape the future of healthcare by engaging with and mentoring students training at Noble.
- Inspire and lead team members to achieve their best while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Drive innovation by contributing ideas to shape care solutions that improve health outcomes for all.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
- Current license to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin.
- Board Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP).
- DEA registration and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred; prior work in community health or underserved populations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based integrated care environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
