In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalized, actionable insights.

What You'll Deliver

• Comprehensive preventive health screenings delivered using Neko's high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support — with consistent quality across every member visit.
• Personalized, action-oriented health plans created from screening data, translated into next steps the member actually takes — measured by member follow-through and downstream outcomes.
• Member education on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies that lands — measured by how the member felt about the consultation, not just the clinical findings.
• Clinical oversight and escalation support provided to APPs, raising the bar for clinical quality and team performance across the clinic.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operators, APPs, and care teams that improves continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Florida State medical license.
• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent.
• At least 1+ year of post residency experience.
• Recent outpatient experience (at least a year in the past 5 years).
• Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.

About Titles

Neko uses a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market-facing role titles. Scope, impact, and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process.
