Responsibilities
- Outpatient practice with inpatient pediatric/newborn call coverage of 1:12OB (non‑surgical deliveries) and prenatal care are optional.
- 4 ½ workday minimum.
- Adult call 1:45 by phone.
- Attached hospital with 32 beds, 4 ICU, 10 nursery.
- Multispecialty practice.
- Partner with specialists from Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
- Site supports H1B visa.
Qualifications
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Minnesota medical license.
Pay
The minimum starting salary for primary care specialties may range from $231,000 to $319,117. This range reflects full‑time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
Schedule
Full Time – 80 hours per pay period.
