As our Family Medicine Physician, you will join a well established physician group at CommonSpirit Memorial Medical Group, Family Medicine, located in Chickamauga, GA. Primary location will be in Chickamauga, GA (15 minutes from Ringgold, GA; 25 minutes from Chattanooga, TN).

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnose and treat medical conditions
Provide essential preventive care
Guide patients through health maintenance strategies and empower them with crucial patient education
Adeptly manage chronic diseases
Perform minor procedures
Strategically coordinate care with specialists
Build lasting patient and family relationships
Meticulously document all encounters
Communicate effectively with patients
Ensure strict adherence to evidence based guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
AHA BLS Certification
Ability to obtain an active medical license & DEA in the state of Georgia and/or Tennessee

Pay Range $270,004 - $270,004 /year

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with clinic hours Monday through Friday (8:00AM to 4:30PM); light after hours call; telephone only.
