- Collaborate with a team of 5 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers
- Support patient health and well-being within a growing practice setting
Qualifications & Skills
- Medical degree and valid licensure in family medicine or equivalent
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a technologically equipped environment
Key Duties
- Deliver high-quality primary care services
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with the healthcare team
- Support community health initiatives and patient education
