About the role
Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a rural outpatient practice within a comprehensive health system.
Responsibilities
- Providing patient-centered primary care with a focus on quality and compassion
- Managing a clinical schedule of 36 hours of face-to-face patient care per week, with administrative time and light home call duties
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, behavioral health, and specialists
- Participating in a supportive environment with administrative assistance for practice operations
- Maintaining work-life balance with no inpatient call and administrative support
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD/DO) and completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency
- Board Certified or eligible in Family Medicine
- Unrestricted Medical License in Pennsylvania and DEA certification
- Strong commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care and excellent interpersonal skills
