Family Medicine Physician

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (required prior to hire)
- Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
Pay
Base salary: $117.00 per hour
Productivity/RVU/Quality Incentives: PRN
CME Allowance: PRN
Malpractice coverage with tail provided
