Available Shifts
Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours with dedicated admin time
Pay Rate
$230,000.00 - $250,000.00
Opportunity Highlights
Loan repayment eligibility (HPSA score: 14) + HRSA-aligned incentives
$15,000–$20,000 sign-on/retention bonus
Mission-driven FQHC model focused on underserved populations
Manageable patient volume: 16–20 per day with built-in buffers
Strong support model: 2:1 staff-to-provider ratio
Integrated care model including behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy services
Epic electronic medical record (EMR) platform
