About the role
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
- Practice setting: Outpatient
- Types of cases: General family medicine
- Patient volume: Approximately 16–20 patients per day
- Electronic medical record: Epic
- Credentialing timeframe: 45–120 days
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; 8 hours per day, lunch required
- Coverage approved for 90 days starting after credentialing
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Basic Life Support certification
