Responsibilities
- Manage a patient volume of 16–20 patients per day with built-in buffers
- Provide integrated care including behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy services
- Utilize the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) platform
- Work within a strong support model featuring a 2:1 staff-to-provider ratio
- Allocate dedicated administrative time within a Monday–Friday, 40‑hour schedule
