Family Medicine Physician
About the Role
Join an established primary care group, affiliated with a local hospital and family medicine residency. There is no requirement to teach, but ample opportunity is available. The group is expanding due to significant growth and the upcoming retirement of a well-loved provider.
Responsibilities
- 100% Outpatient Family Medicine, with no hospital work required.
- 4-Day Work Week, with no weekends.
- Manage 18-22 patients per day.
- Call coverage of 1:6, serving as backup to Family Medicine Residents.
Qualifications
- Practice can support J1 and H1b visa candidates.
Skills
- Experience in Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, Prevention & Wellness, Chronic Care, Surgical Procedures, and Laboratory Services.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
Pay
- Guaranteed minimum base salary of $290,000.
- Physicians average $350,000 per year for a 4-day work week.
- $100,000 in Loan Forgiveness or Retention Bonus.
