Family Medicine Obstetrics - Core Faculty

We are seeking Core Faculty to join an innovative family residency program, providing clinical leadership, resident mentorship, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Include Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive care across all ages, including pediatrics, women's health, and inpatient services, with a preference for Family Medicine Obstetrics. Maintain hospital privileges, participate in night and weekend call, and ensure board certification through CME and exams.Resident Education: Serve as a role model, supervise residents in outpatient and hospital settings, participate in curriculum development, attend conferences, and contribute to scholarly activities. Provide evaluations, mentorship, and assist in recruitment processes.Other Duties: Engage in community involvement, serve on committees, and represent the program at various organizational levels. Qualifications Include Board certification in Family Medicine (AOA or ABMS)Family Medicine Obstetrics highly preferredCurrent or eligible medical licensure in DelawareClinical, educational, and administrative experienceAlignment with healthcare organization's values and standards
