About the Role
Provide primary care in an outpatient clinic setting as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Deliver standard primary care across all age groups
- Manage approximately 20 patients per day
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses
- Coordinate follow-up care within a team-based outpatient environment
Requirements
- Active Oregon State License
- DEA certification
- BLS certification
- Board certification
Schedule
Tuesday through Friday, 7 am to 6 pm.
