Responsibilities

• Perform acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures in collaboration with attending physicians and residents.
• Lead quality and evidence-based care initiatives that result in optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in Family Medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred.
• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required. MSN Required.
• Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.

Pay

• This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.

Schedule

• Full Time, 40 hours/week.
• Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift.
• No weekends or Holidays!
