About the Role
Seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver standard primary care to patients of all ages
- Manage approximately 20 patients daily
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
- Ensure patient care is efficient and adheres to standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up
Requirements
- Active Oregon State License, DEA, and BLS certification
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
Schedule
Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
