About the role
Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) providing outpatient care in a rural setting. Credentialing may take 60‑90 days.
Responsibilities
- See patients of all ages
- Conduct home visits
- Manage controlled substances
- Provide scheduled clinical care during Monday‑Friday hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Qualifications
- Comfortable with rural populations
- Comfortable with home visits
- Comfortable with controlled substances management
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient environment
