About the role
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Located just outside of Tacoma and about 50 miles south of Seattle in Western Washington State, Puyallup offers an appealing mix of big-city amenities and small-community comfort, with historic landmarks, the Puyallup Fair, Daffodil Festival Parade, Arts Downtown Outdoor Gallery, museums, the Pierce County Foothills Trail, and nearby world-class mountain climbing.
Responsibilities
- See approximately 18 patients per day
- Provide outpatient clinic care in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting
Requirements
- Washington state medical license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Board Certified
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 3 weeks
