This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP/PA to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established and well-respected team of 5 physicians and 3 APP's Call structure: office call, rotated equally with the team. Practice setting: Outpatient Full-spectrum Family Medicine (kids-adults) High quality service in one convenient location Excellent office support staff Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physician Assistant credentialed from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Education Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.
• Work Experience 1 year of experience preferred.
