About the role

Ascension Seton is looking for a Family Practice APRN or PA to join our team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide medical services to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to patients of all ages
• Direct the treatment and long-term management of diverse health conditions
• Ensure every patient receives a personalized and effective care plan
• Translate medical jargon into actionable guidance
• Educate caregivers on treatment options and community resources to improve health literacy

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred
• Master's degree of Nursing required

Preferences

• 2+ years of experience is strongly preferred
