About The Facility

While practicing at Northbrook Primary Care in Evansville, you are supported by the broader regional network of Ascension St. Vincent Evansville. This nearby full-service regional hub features a Level 2 Trauma Center and specialized services including comprehensive medical-surgical care, maternity, and high-risk perinatal care units. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: Master's degree of Nursing required.
