Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
  Registered Nurse preferred.
• Education: Masters Degree of Nursing required

Pay

Base salary: $112,000.00 - $135,300.00 per year
