Provide outpatient care directly within the community, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, vaccinations, and outreach—all at no cost to patients. The mobile clinic is state-of-the-art, featuring two exam rooms, Wi-Fi, and lab capabilities. This role serves individuals of all ages and involves no hospital duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care in a mobile clinic setting.
• Manage preventive care, chronic disease, and acute conditions.
• Administer vaccinations and conduct community outreach.
• Promote community health and improve healthcare access for underserved populations.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Comfortable treating patients of all age groups.
• Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Passion for community medicine and serving underserved populations.
