Role Overview: A Family Medicine physician is needed to provide outpatient primary care in a community setting, with optional OB and C-section procedures. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive family medicine services, maintain a balanced schedule with a 4.5-day workweek, and participate in a 1:7 call rotation. Offer up to 6 weeks of PTO and provide quality patient care across diverse age groups. Qualifications & Skills: Board certification in Family Medicine, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. Open to H1b visa candidates. Capable of providing full-spectrum care with a focus on patient well-being. Key Duties: Manage outpatient clinical services, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure high standards of patient care in a cap-exempt facility.
