Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician

About the role

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult and adolescent patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Focus on preventive care and long-term patient wellness
• Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs)
• Provide clinical guidance and support to mid-level providers
• Cookordinate patient care with specialists, behavioral health providers, and diagnostic teams
• Document patient encounters accurately using the EHR system
• Participate in workflow optimization and quality improvement initiatives
• Support practice growth and patient-centered care strategies

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license or willingness to obtain one
• Experience collaborating with or supervising NPs/PAs preferred
