Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician

About the role

Crouse Health, an established over 130‑year‑old health system in Central New York, seeks an Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join a large multidisciplinary practice with strong community ties. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical care (approximately 35 hours per week).
• Complete administrative duties (approximately 5 hours per week).
• Work collaboratively with RN/LPN support, medical secretaries, medical assistants, and referral clerks.
• Maintain minimal hospital responsibility and call obligations.
• Contribute to quality initiatives that may generate extra income.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board‑certified in Internal Medicine (or Family Medicine as applicable).
• New graduates and visa‑sponsored candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Board certification in Internal Medicine (or Family Medicine) and eligibility to practice in New York State.

Pay

$275,000 – $300,000 per year.

Schedule
