Family Medicine Physician Seeking a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join a large, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center. The role involves outpatient care with an average of 16–20 patients daily, using 20-minute appointment slots. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with integrated care support, including behavioral health, pharmacy, dental, and care coordination. Physicians will participate in approximately six weeks of phone-only call annually. Qualifications include medical licensure and experience in primary care.
