Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care, including wellness visits, management of conditions like back pain, endocrine issues, hypertension, and heart failure.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in call responsibilities (1:6), telehealth services, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Valid physician license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
