Compensation and incentives

The salary range for this full-time Family Medicine position is $220,000–$320,000 annually, with incentive pay tied to productivity and quality criteria. Eligible physicians may also participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs; historical averages for these bonuses are included in the maximum salary. In addition to base and incentive compensation, comprehensive benefits and a fully funded pension plan further enhance the total rewards package.

Student loan incentives

  • Carilion Clinic provides support for student loan repayment and applicants may apply for the Virginia state matching program (VDH).
  • The organization is also eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
