Family Medicine DNP - Locums Coverage

About the role

This role involves providing primary care services in a correctional facility setting for adult patients. The clinician will manage a caseload of approximately 18-20 patients daily, conducting evaluations, treating acute illnesses, and managing chronic conditions. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation, working with support staff including RNs and LPNs, and adhering to established protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Board certification in relevant medical field
• State license, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority
• Experience in primary care and correctional healthcare preferred

Schedule

The work schedule typically includes four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with no call responsibilities.
