Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a traditional ambulatory clinic setting
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population
- Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and chronic disease management to support long-term patient health
- Develop lasting relationships with patients and families through continuity of care
- Practice within a collaborative multispecialty environment designed to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes
- Participate in a shared clinic call schedule designed to promote work-life balance
- Utilize EPIC as the integrated electronic medical record in both the clinic and hospital settings
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care
Required Job Requirements
- American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of a Family Medicine training program
- Valid Nebraska medical license or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Nebraska
- Nebraska DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
