About the role
We are seeking a primary care provider for a permanent, full-time position in a multi-specialty group setting at a Medicare-enrolled rural health clinic. The role is 100% outpatient with no inpatient work required. Candidates can be trained in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds and must be board-eligible or board-certified. New residency graduates are encouraged to apply.
The clinic serves a population of over 45,000 and includes 8 physicians, 2 podiatrists, and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs). The office schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services in an outpatient setting.
Benefits
- Guaranteed salary of $300,000.
- J-1 visa waiver sponsorship available through the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) with no state limits or caps; clinic covers the first $10,000 of legal expenses.
- Incentive pay based on daily patient volumes.

Pay
$300,000 guaranteed salary with additional incentive pay based on daily patient volumes.
