About the role

Northeastern Washington Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team. The position is located about an hour from Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, ID, with H1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage an average patient volume of 18 per day with appointment times of 20 or 40 minutes.
• Provide care across multiple locations but practice at only one site.
• Participate in shared call with providers; answering service takes first call.
• Utilize in‑house CLIA‑waived lab and third‑party lab with daily pick‑up.
• Document encounters using Athena EMR.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Pay

Salary range: $250,000 – $294,000 with bonus incentives.
