Family Lawyer

About the Role

We are seeking a family attorney to assist clients in navigating sensitive legal issues of family law, including child custody, child abuse, and domestic violence. The ideal candidate will be equally familiar with prenuptial agreements, divorce, alimony, child support, and real estate, and able to effectively engage in oral debate and negotiation even in highly stressful and emotional situations.

This role offers the opportunity to help people during one of the toughest times in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases involving child custody, child abuse, and domestic violence
• Draft and negotiate prenuptial agreements, divorce settlements, alimony, and child support arrangements
• Provide legal counsel on real estate matters related to family law cases
• Engage in oral debate and negotiation in high-stress, emotional situations

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in family law
• Experience with prenuptial agreements, divorce, alimony, child support, and real estate matters

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 plus bonus
