Latitude is seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join a Tennessee‑based boutique law firm on a full‑time permanent basis. The firm specializes in criminal defense, family law and divorce matters.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience working in family law at a law firm
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, professional law firm setting and handle a busy caseload
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills are a must

Pay
The salary for this role is $50,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
