Family Law Paralegal

About the role

Truce Law is seeking a family law paralegal with at least 5 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our collaborative approach to divorce.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents such as declarations
• Prepare briefs
• Conduct legal research for hearing preparation
• Keep case files and other important information organized and accessible

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience with legal research and document preparation

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
