Responsibilities

• Maintain orderly and comprehensive physical and electronic case files
• Draft notices, court documents, routine correspondence, and discovery
• Draft basic pleadings (preferred)
• Meet daily billing requirements

Requirements

• Skilled paralegal experience
• Ability to work in family law, probate, and civil litigation practice areas
• Proficiency with physical and electronic case file management
• Strong drafting skills for notices, correspondence, discovery, and basic pleadings
• Ability to meet daily billing targets
