About the role
Build Your Career on California's Most Sophisticated Family Law Cases. Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking a Family Law Litigation Associate Attorney to join one of California's premier family law litigation teams.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and other litigation documents for both your own cases and complex matters handled by senior attorneys and partners
- Appear in court and argue hearings
- Conduct legal research and assist in developing litigation strategy
- Actively participate in depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex family law matters
- Manage increasing levels of responsibility as your experience and skills develop
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire to become a highly skilled courtroom advocate
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to client service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Litigation experience preferred, although exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered
- Familiarity with high-conflict custody litigation, high-net-worth divorce matters, domestic violence restraining order litigation, contempt of Court, and other family law enforcement
- Experience with complex financial and forensic issues
- Advanced case strategy and litigation management skills

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000–$200,000, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability.

Full-time position.
