Family Law Attorney – Utah

Our law firm focuses on divorce and family law, seeking new talent to join our team. We handle a wide variety of divorce cases, from simple uncontested divorces to complex custody battles.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of, and be the primary on, cases immediately
• Communicate directly with clients
• Draft all substantive pleadings
• Attend all court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Provide regular, systemized case status updates to clients through calls, texts, and emails

Requirements

• Utah Bar admission is required
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Innate desire to personally serve clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients (email, phone, and in person)
• Team player that works well with others
• Excellent writing and courtroom skills

Benefits

• Starting base salary of $120,000-$158,000 per year (DOE), with bonuses (when you meet our base hour requirement)

Our offices are located in population centers, making it easier for clients to reach us. We allow attorneys to choose their work environment, whether that’s working from home or using the provided office space. We utilize Slack and other internal communication technologies to support this flexibility.
