Job Details

• Lead a litigation caseload and drive cases to successful resolutions

• Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

• Draft, review, and proofread critical litigation documents, including complaints, discovery, motions, and memos

• Represent clients in court hearings and trials

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff throughout the litigation process

• Stay on top of key litigation deadlines and events

• Perform data entry, run reports, and forecast case movement

• Assist with billing tasks as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Senior Family Law Attorney with strong expertise in family law

• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and handle tasks with minimal oversight

• Proven experience with Santa Clara Superior Court and family law procedures

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
