• About the role

  Handle a caseload focused on probate and guardianship matters. Support or handle additional matters in family law, civil litigation, or criminal defense depending on your experience. Attend court in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties. Work closely with in-office staff and attorneys. Manage cases with administrative and legal support.

• Requirements

  3+ years of experience in family law.
  Experience in at least one additional area (family law, civil litigation, or criminal defense) is a plus.
  Licensed in Illinois.
  Comfortable working in an in-office team environment.
  Strong communication and organizational skills.

  $100,000 – $150,000 base salary, based on experience and production.
  Compensation tied to your chosen billable target.
  10% origination bonus.
