Pay

• Starting pay: base salary of $92,000.00 to $150,000.00 based on experience and production
• 50% employer coverage of group healthcare premiums
• 3% employer contribution to 401k after first year
• 15 days of PTO
• 10% commission on billing originated by attorney
• Achievable bonus structure starting at $26,000.00 per year for hitting base targets
