About the role
A Family Law Attorney with 4+ years of experience in complex HNW financial clientele is needed for a hybrid position in Maryland and Washington D.C. The ideal candidate should be licensed in both Maryland and D.C. (Virginia is a plus) and capable of managing contested custody cases and divorce matters from inception through resolution. Court appearance experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in separation, divorce, custody, spousal support, child support, and division of marital property cases
- Manage and resolve complex family law matters
- Handle contested custody cases and divorce proceedings
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive legal strategies
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar qualification
- 4+ years of family law experience
- Experience in separation, divorce, custody, spousal support, child support, and division of marital property
- Capable of managing contested custody cases and divorce matters from inception through resolution
- Court appearance experience is a must
- MD and D.C. (VA is a plus) bar in good standing

$140,000 - $165,000 per year
