Responsibilities
- Manage family law cases
- Conduct court appearances and trials
- Handle a caseload of complex family law matters
- Collaborate with assigned support staff for case management
- Provide exceptional client support during emotional situations
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of family law experience, focusing on California-specific statutes and guidelines
- Proficiency in California Family Code, local court rules, mandatory custody, support, and community property laws
- Ability to run a case from inception to resolution
- Courtroom experience
- Barred in California
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment is preferred
