About the role

BOS Staffing has partnered with a well-established 20+ year successfully ran family law firm.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in divorce, child custody, adoption, property division, and support modification cases
• Managing a caseload with autonomy while leveraging firm resources
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and negotiating settlements
• Advocating for clients in court when necessary

Requirements

• Active Georgia State Bar Admission
• 2–5+ years of family law experience, including litigation
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle sensitive and emotional cases with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

• Billable freedom with reimbursement rate
• Unlimited income potential with a $10K guaranteed first month
• Full-time earnings at $125K base
• Hybrid/Remote flexibility with all equipment provided
• Health, dental, vision, life insurance (90% firm-paid) + 401(k) match up to 4%
• Annual performance bonus
• Covered Continuing Education Courses, Bar dues, & Professional Liability Insurance
• Clear track to partnership if desired
