About the Role
Associate attorneys at King Law Offices, PC start their day checking email, returning messages, checking-in with their assigned case manager, and preparing for court. The day will consist of court, other legal proceedings, working case-related tasks, and more.
Responsibilities
- New client consultations
- Attend court, mediations, and depositions
- Research and prepare case for court
- Case Reviews
- PAG Team Trainings
- Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing
- Ensure the ultimate client experience
- Current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service
- Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases
Requirements
The selected candidate should be comfortable with handling a high volume of cases and willing to work closely with the team to navigate the case from start to finish.
Qualifications
King Law Offices, PC is seeking candidates with a strong background in law, preferably in Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, and Estates and Elder Law. Applicants must have a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
Skills
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
