About the Role
The Family Law Associate Attorney will join our Family Law Practice Area Group (PAG) serving clients in Buncombe County and western North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Check email, return messages, check-in with assigned case manager, and prepare for court
- Attend court, mediations, and depositions
- Research and prepare case for court
- Conduct case reviews
- Participate in PAG team trainings
- Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing
- Ensure the ultimate client experience
- Meet with current clients to provide top-quality customer service
- Handle a high volume of cases comfortably
Requirements
- Current license to practice law in North Carolina
Qualifications
- Experience in law firm and litigation settings preferred
- All levels of candidates will be considered
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases
- Strong research and preparation skills
