Responsibilities
- Work with high-level clients
- Handle high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption cases
- Resolve complex legal issues through exceptional negotiation skills
- Show excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
- Manage legal cases with strong research and report writing skills
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain professionalism and respect for confidentiality
- Manage legal cases with detail-oriented and organizational skills
- Be proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state
Qualifications
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
- Strong research and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality
